5. Data Storage and Retention.
The Web server(s) on which this Site is housed are owned and maintained by the Company and are located in a secure data center in USA. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, we will not transfer your Personal Information across international borders except in accordance with applicable law.

6. Opt-Out Right.
Visitors have a right to withdraw their consent and may opt out of having their Personal Information collected by the Company, used by Company for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, and/or used by the Company or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the Visitor, by contacting Company via e-mail at info@dctop20.com or to the extent applicable, by checking the appropriate box on the online form or clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, or contact company on messenger chat.
As soon as practicable, but in any event within one (30) days of our receipt of your opt-out request, the Company will respond the request.

7. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data.
Upon request via e-mail to info@dctop20.com, the Company will provide to a Visitor a summary of any Personal Information retained by the Company regarding the Visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from the Company’s database by clicking on “Edit Profile” located within Visitor’s control panel. The Company will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.

8. Collection of Personal Information from Children.
The Company will not knowingly collect or use information from persons under the age of sixteen (16) (“Children”) without their parent’s or guardian’s consent. The Company does not provide any Personal Information collected from Children, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. When a Child submits information to the Company’s Site, the Child’s parent or guardian receives an e-mail alerting them to the Child’s registration and requires an affirmative consent before proceeding. The email will also provide instructions on how the parent may delete the Child’s registration, if so desired. No information collected from Children is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside the Company. The Company encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their Children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the Site.

9. Security and Breach Notifications.
Although no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure from breaches, we take reasonable steps designed to ensure appropriate physical, electronic and procedural measures are used to protect your Personal Information, including against unauthorized or unlawful access and accidental loss, destruction or damage. However, no company can completely eliminate security risks, so we cannot make any guarantees. In the event that a breach does occur that results in a high risk to you, we aspire to notify you within seventy-two (72) hours of the breach.

The Company reserves the right to contact Visitors regarding account status and changes to the subscriber agreement, privacy policy, terms and conditions or any other policies or agreements relevant to Visitors.

11. Company’s Right to Change Privacy Policy.
The Company reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. All changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this webpage. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold all rights in and to any content you upload to the Site (including, but not limited to text, audio, video and images). Further, you acknowledge and agree that the Company cannot and will not be held liable for any loss, theft or corruption, streaming account bans or media or audio takedowns of content or information you upload to the Site or on Messenger.
